How quickly will my order be delivered?
We'll make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible. In the Netherlands, most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping time is typically 3-7 business days. For Belgium, processing time is also 1-2 business days, and shipping time is 3-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link so you can easily follow your package.

Do you also ship outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
We currently only deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. This allows us to maintain reliable service and delivery times. We'll let you know as soon as we expand to other countries.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we don't charge shipping costs. Every order is delivered to your home free of charge, with no minimum order amount or additional terms.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
First, check the track & trace link you received by email. If you don't see an update after 7 business days, or haven't received your package, please contact us at support@klense.nl , and we'll help you right away.
How do returns work?
Not completely satisfied? You can return your order within 100 days of receipt. Send us a message at support@klense.nl and we will guide you step by step through the return process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been processed and approved, we'll usually refund the amount within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer for the refund to appear in your account.
