Returns Policy
1. General
Thank you for your purchase at Klense.nl .
We want you to be happy with every product you order from us.
Not completely satisfied? We're happy to help.
Our products can be returned or exchanged within 100 days of purchase .
You can choose between a new product or a refund of the purchase price.
2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product was purchased within the last 100 days .

You can provide proof of purchase or order number .
Unfortunately, products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned.
3. Return shipping costs
To return a product, please contact us at support@klense.nl .
The shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer , unless it concerns a damaged or defective product (see article 7).
We recommend using registered or traceable shipping .
Klense is not responsible for returns that do not arrive.
4. Returns Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and send you an email confirmation.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 7 business days
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account.
5. Exchange
Do you want to exchange your product for another item?

The same conditions as for returns apply.
6. Restocking costs
We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
7. Damaged or defective products
Did you receive a product that is damaged, defective or not as described?
Please contact us at support@klense.nl with photos of the product and packaging.
If the return is approved, we will also reimburse the return shipping costs and send a replacement product if desired.
