These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.
2. Product information
Our webshop provides detailed and accurate descriptions of all products.
We ensure that product descriptions, images and other content are as accurate as possible.
However, slight variations in color, size or design may occur due to differences in monitor settings or manufacturing processes.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) by default, but can be adjusted to your local currency, and include applicable import duties and VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
We accept Creditcard, iDeal, PayPal and Klarna.
Discounts, promotional codes and other special offers are subject to availability and may have additional terms and conditions.
4. Order processing
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your purchase.
Order processing time may vary, but is typically 1–2 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as: lack of stock, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and delivery
Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, often located in countries such as China.
We do not act as an importer of these goods into your country.
Customers will receive track & trace information once their order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take some time to update, especially for international shipments.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, local authorities or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Risk of delay or additional costs
Customers assume full responsibility for any delays, additional charges, or customs procedures that may occur during shipping and import.
Such delays or costs (such as customs clearance fees) are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed by our webshop.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses or failure to collect the package may result in additional charges.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of a defect or error on our part.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Refunds are processed through your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take some time for the funds to appear in your account.
Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.
8. Lifetime warranty
Products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, poor maintenance, or damage caused by the customer.
Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.
9. Limitation of liability
Our webshop is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
If liability is established, it will not exceed the total value of the order in question.
We are not responsible for any loss of data or profits, nor for any claims from third parties, arising out of the use of our products.
10. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Klense BV or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

13. Import duties and VAT
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT charged upon delivery into their country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.
