Brand Experience Manager
Klense is growing fast and we are looking for our first Brand Experience Manager (full-time) .
You will mainly work at the office in Amsterdam , with the option to work partly from home .
We are looking for someone who understands that a brand is not just about a product, but about how people feel at every touchpoint.
Whether someone just discovered us, is already a customer, or just sends us a DM on Instagram, you make Klense feel personal, warm, and genuine.
What are you going to do?
In short: you ensure that everyone who meets Klense has a good feeling.
Customer Success

Answer emails and DMs in a pleasant, human way

Resolve questions and doubts before it becomes a hassle
-
Pay extra attention to customers who are not completely satisfied
-
Ensuring that people order with confidence and are happy to come back
-
Thinking about better FAQs and answers
- Create a personal bond with current customers to offer them new products later
Social & Community
-
Reply to comments and DMs
-
Starting conversations with followers
-
Post stories with polls, questions, and Q&As
-
Responding to trends and fun moments
-
Thinking about social content and campaigns
Creators & Brand
-
First contact with creators
-
Making sure they receive the product
-
Guidance during collaborations
-
Coordinating with the founders
Feedback & improvement

Spotting recurring questions and feedback

Sharing insights with the team

Thinking about how Klense can improve every week
