We are Klense , a young and ambitious eCommerce brand founded by Charlie (24) and Mick (23). As founders, we're at the heart of the company and we're building Klense with full energy every day. We value short lines of communication, quick thinking, and simply getting things done in the best possible way.

Klense sells shower heads that filter shower water. We purify the water, removing limescale and impurities, making showering better for your skin, hair, and bathroom. We sell our products directly to consumers in the Netherlands and Belgium through our own webshop.

Because we're an eCommerce brand, we're constantly testing and optimizing. Social media plays an increasingly important role in this. Organic reach, strong formats, and relatable content aren't secondary for us, but a crucial part of our growth.

With us, you won't be stuck in a fixed role; you'll truly contribute to building a brand that's still growing. You'll quickly see your ideas put into practice, and your impact will be immediately tangible.

You ensure that Klense is not only visible online, but also remains visible.

You'll be responsible for Klense's social media presence. You'll develop and oversee our organic content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. You'll determine which videos we create, which formats we repeat, which hooks we test, and how we consistently build reach and recognition.

You don't think in terms of individual posts, but in formats that can be scaled. In shareable content. In videos with viral potential.

You'll also write scripts for creators who post organically for Klense . You'll ensure their content aligns with our brand and is strategically sound. You'll contribute ideas on perspective, storytelling, and how we create content that can both grow organically and potentially be suitable for advertising.

You'll also translate strong organic ideas into ads. You'll write (or help write) high-converting ads that logically flow from what's already working organically.

You analyze performance, see patterns in what gains traction and continuously come up with new ideas to test.

You work directly with the founders and have plenty of room to take initiative and make an impact.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who understands that organic social media can be a serious growth engine for an eCommerce brand.

You have a knack for knowing what works. You can tell within seconds whether a video has potential. You think in terms of hooks, formats, and shareability. And you understand how to position a brand consistently and recognizably on social media.

Requirements:

• Experience with short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• You understand how organic growth works
• Strong in writing hooks, scripts and advertisements
• You can come up with creative concepts and translate them into concrete videos
• Sense of branding, tone of voice and positioning
• You think in terms of testing, optimizing and repeating what works
• Comfortable directing creators
• Proactive, responsible and not afraid to take ownership
• Fluent in Dutch and English
