Delivery times

In most cases, you will receive your order within 4–9 business days after placing your order, depending on your location.

During holidays or periods of exceptional demand, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Order tracking
Every order includes track & trace, allowing you to easily track your package from shipment to delivery.
You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.
Damaged or lost shipments
Is your package damaged or has it not arrived? Please contact our customer support via support@tryklense.com.
If your shipment is insured, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
Unaccepted packages
If a package is not accepted and is returned to us, the refund will be processed as soon as the package has been received back at our warehouse.
Address verification
Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your order.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer change the address or redirect the package.
