Returns Policy

1. General

Thank you for your purchase at tryklense.com

We want you to be satisfied with every product you order from us.

Are you not completely satisfied? We are happy to help you further.

Our products can be returned or exchanged within 100 days of purchase.

You can choose a new product or a refund of the purchase amount.

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return:

The product was purchased within the last 100 days.

You can provide proof of purchase or an order number.

Unfortunately, products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.

3. Return shipping costs

To return a product, please contact us via support@tryklense.com

The shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense, unless it concerns a damaged or defective product (see article 7).

We recommend using registered or traceable shipping. Klense is not responsible for returns that do not arrive.

4. Processing returns

Once we have received your return, we will inspect the product and send a confirmation by email.

If the return is approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 7 working days.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few working days for the amount to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

6. Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.

7. Damaged or defective products

Did you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described?

Please contact us via support@tryklense.com with photos of the product and the packaging. Once the return is approved, we will also reimburse the return shipping costs and send a replacement product if desired.
