All prices are displayed in dollars (USD) by default, but may be adjusted to your local currency, and include applicable import duties and VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of order placement.

4. Order processing

Order processing times may vary, but are typically 1–2 business days.

5. Shipping and delivery
Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, often located in countries like China.
We do not act as an importer of these goods into your country.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take some time to update, especially for international shipments.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, local authorities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Risk of delay or additional costs
Customers assume full responsibility for any delays, additional costs, or customs procedures that may occur during shipping and import.
Such delays or costs (such as customs clearance fees) are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed by our online store.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses or failure to collect the package may result in additional charges.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.
8. Lifetime warranty
Products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, poor maintenance, or damage caused by the customer.
Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.
